(Vermonthas never required a permit.)\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffff00;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nramedia.org\/t\/215847\/6571588\/7339\/0\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #ffff00;\"><strong>&#8220;THE RECREATIONAL LANDS SELF-DEFENSE ACT&#8221; INTRODUCED IN THE SENATE:<\/strong>\u00a0 <strong><em>Urge Your Senators To Cosponsor And Support This Important Legislation<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0<strong><em> &#8212; <\/em><\/strong>On September 21, Senators Jim Webb (D-Va.) and John Boozman (R-Ark.) introduced S. 1588 &#8212; \u00a0&#8220;The Recreational Land Self \u2013Defense Act.&#8221;\u00a0 S. 1588 is the Senate companion bill to <span style=\"color: #ffff00;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nramedia.org\/t\/215847\/6571588\/4080\/0\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #ffff00;\">H.R. 1865<\/span><\/a><\/span>,\u00a0 and is designed to protect the rights of gun owners on lands owned or managed by the Army Corps of Engineers.<\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffff00;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nramedia.org\/t\/215847\/6571588\/7340\/0\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #ffff00;\"><strong>OBAMA CAMPAIGN ORGANIZING AGAINST GUN OWNERS:<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 We <span style=\"color: #ffff00;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nramedia.org\/t\/215847\/6571588\/7167\/0\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #ffff00;\">reported<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0 last week on the Obama administration gearing up its &#8220;misinformation machine&#8221; in the form of a new website they launched called: <span style=\"color: #ffff00;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nramedia.org\/t\/215847\/6571588\/7168\/0\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #ffff00;\">AttackWatch.com<\/span><\/a><\/span> .<\/h3>\n<h3>The purpose of the site is to give Obama supporters a way to report &#8220;attacks&#8221; on the president, implying that any criticism is based on lies or misinformation.\u00a0 In our article, we noted that when it comes to firearms issues, it&#8217;s this site that is misrepresenting President Obama&#8217;s record on guns.<\/h3>\n<h3>This week, NRA-ILA Executive Director Chris W.
